4th Grade Common Core and Pictures

I have finished my 4th Grade Common Core Packet.. it's only 30 pages long, but I have been working hard on the topics that are included :) (multiplication, division, missing factors, patterns, word problems, decimal war game, greater than/less than, and balancing the equation).  Please check it out on TPT here.. uploaded and ready to go :) AMAZING Graphics from the 3AM Teacher.. Michelle is so wonderful and truly has the cutest and most useful graphics :)

*If you want to win a copy of this unit, check out my facebook page and all you have to do is leave me a comment with your e-mail there :) http://www.facebook.com/lovetoteach3 if you leave a comment here instead, I will make sure to count it for when I pick a random winner tomorrow, but try to head over to my facebook to enter :) Thanks everyone!! *
I went to the Parent/Teacher Store that we have here in my area.. does anyone else have any stores like this where they live?  Let me tell you, it is a wonderful store because it literally has EVERYTHING you could ever want as a teacher..bulletin boards, paper, workbooks, borders, name plates, art supplies, games, toys, sitckers, books, any resource you can imagine.

This is what I bought today:
I love smelly stickers, so I figured I should get a scented stamp pad to go along with my fun stamps for my kids :) They love it just as much as I do!! And I could always use more resources for the Common Core, Math, and Writing.. so I'd say it was good purchase for my kids!

SALE ALERT: Binders and notebooks with these cute designs are on sale at Walmart for 25 cents!

I also went to Target today and was just browsing around, and saw a few cute clothes I would love to buy for teaching.. I don't really have the money right now but I figured I'd share my style with you guys and some great finds :) I love simple dresses.. this one looks rather short according to the picture, but everything can be fixed with leggings is what I say! I have probably 7 or 8 pairs because I love them... and blazers are my FAV.. I have a blue and pink one right now; I need to buy more because the gray one I bought didn't fix :X I also love baggy shirts like this (with leggings!)

And I will leave you with a silly picture of me :P Take care, everyone.. again thanks for all your continual support.  I have made 75 dollars so far this quarter (and it's only been a week!) So I am sure hoping I get a TPT check this quarter ;) It's looking good and I could not ask for a better teacher community!

  4. LOL look at you, silly gal! Love all those finds from Target - my guilty pleasure. I'm being told by EVERYONE that my limit to go to Target is now one day a week... because I have an issue... kind of like this Pinterest pin. It's me in a nutshell! HAHA :)

    1. Haha LOVE that pin!! And my boyfriend Mike knows I come out of there with bags and bags whether I want to or not ;) I took another picture today of me crossing my eyes like that too because I got a hair cut and dyed the ends darker like they are supposed to be! Don't ever dye your hair blonde, even highlights if you are dark haired.. it always comes back to haunt me :-P

  5. Hi Laura! Your blog seems have created a great community for teachers and parents to communicate. I love your genuine passion and care for your students. I myself am a student and I'm currently studying abroad in France! I'm interning for a startup company who is actually making applications for young students. It's a great hybrid of education and technology with a lighthearted feel that is catered towards kids. Seeing that you have planned the Common Core Standards, I believe this app would interest you since our curriculum is based on the Common Core and can be used in the classroom.
